From a Friday bulletin to Qur’an and Sirah publishing — each chapter carries the same purpose.
1997
The journey began with Asy-Syaamil, a Friday bulletin sharing Islamic learning with its readers.
1999
Islamic novels and short stories brought meaningful reading to a wider audience.
2003
Syaamil began publishing mushafs, placing the Qur’an at the heart of its work.
2006
Syaamil established its own printing facility in Kiaracondong, Bandung, and published Muhammad Teladanku.
2013
Syaamil supported Hafiz Indonesia on RCTI, encouraging a new generation of Qur’an memorisers.
2015
MicroSD learning content and Tikrar paired digital resources with structured Qur’an memorisation.
2022
A second printing factory opened in Sukoharjo, while MUMTASZ brought Sirah to young readers.
2024
The Qur’an Tour was inaugurated by Sandiaga Uno, then Indonesia’s Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, as a religious tourism destination in Bandung. Go Ngaji was also launched.
